• Warm-Up (15 mins): Stretch, move, and learn foundational techniques
• Choreography (45 mins): We take it slow and break it down — no rush, no pressure
• Learn at your pace: Master a 1–2 min routine over 4–5 classes
• Bonus: Wrap up with a fun “Student Performance Night” to showcase your progress

• It’s a 2 hour class – 45 minutes body conditioning/ technique work followed by choreography.
• Choreography: Fast-paced, energetic, and video-ready
• Stage Focus: Think transitions, formations, and camera confidence
• Heads up: Single drop-ins aren’t ideal — we build week to week
